Like all churches, the COVID-19 has impacted the way in which we can do ministry.  Shelter in place restrictions have impacted our ability to gather and to move around in the community but even so we are committed to Worship, Prayer and Service.

Our Family of Christ attends to the

needs of our congregation, the

Community of Cloverdale and

beyond in many ways.  As the

pandemic passes many of what

we did do will return.

Our worship life has continued strong though out the pandemic.  When shelter in place regulations prohibited physical gathering, we went ON LINE with Facebook LIVE.  Each Sunday, along with Advent and Lenten special services, you can join us on Facebook LIVE under our page, "Grace Lutheran Church Cloverdale CA" for a live pod cast.  We go on about 10 minutes prior to each service to ensure that you will be able to join us for the full service.
When shelter in place restrictions eased to allow for outdoor physical gatherings, we returned to gathering outside, socially distanced up on the hill again following health protocols.  At present we invite you to join us, either ON LINE or ON the HILL, which ever form you are most comfortable with.

God delights in hearing our prayers, because He is the God of the impossible. When we believe that, it’s easy to understand how our prayers have a strategic purpose in the work of the Lutheran Church. We invite you to join us in praising His name and seeking His provision.

                                       Bible Study

Our Bible Study gathering has moved ON LINE using a WebEx platform, while NOT THE BEST, it does keep us connected and in the WORD.  The link is sent out each week to those who request it.

Food Drive

Grace has a perpetual food drive seeking

to serve families facing food insecurity.

Donations are distributed through the

Cloverdale Food Pantry.

Grace supports two missionaries in Kenya, Britt and Micha Obedma, through prayers, interactions, special fund needs and a portion of our regular offerings.  Britt and Micah work with a number of educational ministries as well as helping to secure resources for families.

Grace is blessed with a number of incredible musicians along with a Praise Team.  While many of the musicians continue to serve during these pandemic times, our Praise Team has not yet been able to resume their ministry just yet.

                           Community Service

Each season at Grace has a special outreach connected with it, from Stock a School Classroom to Sock Packs; from Hygiene kits for Lutheran World Relief, to Operation Christmas Child.  From hosting 4th of July Fireworks viewing to working community clean ups, from adopting a family for Christmas / Easter to supporting the local local food bank, Grace is an active family of faith seeking to make a difference.  Some of these projects have been temporarily put on hold, but will return once our county moves into a "safer tier."
